Please read these Terms carefully as they provide important information. MJG reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of Our Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. We may collect some personal data in order to process your order, for information regarding how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

1: Placing an order:

Placing an order via our website, will act as your agreement to Our Terms and Conditions laid out here. We do reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (for example, due to lack of staff availability) without justification to you, and we will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. We reserve the right to alter our prices at our sole discretion.

2: Your order:

If you have placed an order with us and you would like to make any changes to your order after you have submitted it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if it is possible to change your order (changes may not always be possible). Please note, changes to you order may result in additional admin fees, and result in the extension of initial timelines.

3: Delivery of Your Order:

Our garments will always go through careful and meticulous quality control measures, however there may be some minor discrepancies between items due to their hand-made nature. While we make every effort to deliver your order to you within the timeline set out on our website, or as soon as reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Sometimes we are prevented from starting or completing your order because of something outside of our control in which case we will contact you to let you know as soon as reasonably possible.

4: Price and Payment:

All our prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices for our products may change at any time. This will not affect existing orders unless the information you provided us in relation to your order was different from the information, we required in order to provide the products or if you wish to make any changes to a previous order.

 5: Returns:

Orders places for standard UK sizing garments can be returned or exchanged* within 14 days of purchase[MG2]  with proof of purchase. Garments must be unworn, in their original condition and have all tags and labels fully attached – if not we may not be able to issue a refund.  Cost of delivery is non-refundable, and the cost of returns are not covered.

Please note we are unable to accept returns of garments that have been purchased through our stockists.

6: Feedback:

We welcome any feedback about our products. We hope that you are satisfied with any purchase you make with us, and we are always keen to hear about ways to improve our service. If you have any comments, please let one of our team know.
